Okay so here’s what I think. Jack was gay. He was in love with Ralph and was jealous of Simon and Piggy for their relationships with Ralph. Roger (who was evil) was in love with Jack so he killed Piggy to make Jack Happy. In the end when Ralph didn’t feel the same for Jack, Jack decided to kill him, and Roger was only to happy to take out his competion.
After the Book
Ralph still suffering from the events at the island was unable to hold a steady relationship, he was forever plagued with the memories of Simon and Piggy (he often had nightmares about Piggy’s brain), so one night after eating a vast amount of spaghetti and alcohol he shot himself in the head
Jack dropped out of high school and decided to start his own religion and in the end he was the only one that drank the Kool-aid.
Roger became a bi-sexual sadomasochist, and spent his nights hitting on young blonds at S&M clubs. He eventually opened up his own club and married a nice dominatrix.
SamnEric became stock brokers, and now live in a London flat with matching twin beds, and watch the musical Cats as often as possible.
Simon is dead
Piggy is dead, although his Aunt often holds séances to connect with his spirit, his most recent message to her was “but I’ve got the Conch”
Percival spent many years repressing the Island and eventually forgot he ever had a cousin, now he lives a happy functional life in Wisconsin (he moved there after he met his wife Peggy on a internet chat site for people that love fried fruit and have chronic diarrhea) they have two twin boys which for some reason he named Ralph and Jack (they fight all the time)
Pigs Head on a Stick rotted on the island for many weeks, then some nice Japanese sailors came and took it with them back to their home country where it starred in many foreign films and the 2006 remake of Cats.

Bill was in Jacks cult for a short time, but after Jack drank the Kool-aid he didn’t really see the point of it all, and became a Scientologist, he now works for Tom Cruise, is very close with Pigs head on a Stick (and I mean close)
